What is Monitory?
Monitory is a monitoring SaaS that turns any query into structured, trackable data. It covers three things in one product: generic web monitoring (prices, availability, news, and more, as JSON/CSV/XML), SEO keyword rank tracking with AI-generated root-cause analysis, and AI visibility monitoring across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
Who is Monitory for?
Monitory is built for marketing teams, SEO professionals, and brand managers who need to track Google rankings and AI-answer-engine visibility alongside general web changes — without stitching together three separate tools.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Monitory runs entirely in the browser at monitory.app — there is nothing to install or self-host.
Monitors & alerts
How does a generic monitor work?
You type a query (for example, "Bitcoin price right now"), Monitory returns structured data, and you can turn that into a scheduled monitor with a condition — always report, alert on any change, alert when a value crosses a threshold, or alert on a keyword appearing. Monitors are checked automatically on a schedule you choose.
How does SEO rank tracking work?
You give Monitory a keyword and a target URL. It checks the real Google SERP position via DataForSEO on a schedule. When the position drops past a threshold you set — or on any move, in either direction, if you prefer — an AI classifier analyzes the before/after SERP to explain why: an intent shift, technical or content decay, or a competitor surge.
How does AI visibility monitoring work?
You define a prompt (for example, "what's the best CRM for small teams") and an entity to watch for (your brand name). Monitory asks that prompt across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity — you choose which — and alerts you when the entity starts or stops being mentioned in the answer.
Where do alerts get delivered?
Slack, email, or a webhook of your choice. Generic monitors can also just show results in the dashboard without any external delivery.
How often are monitors checked?
Generic monitors: every 5 minutes, respecting the frequency you set (hourly/daily/weekly/monthly). SEO rank monitors: every 30 minutes. AI visibility monitors: every 60 minutes, since each check can call up to six AI providers.

What does the Free plan include?
Up to 3 monitors total, using generic web monitoring. SEO rank tracking, AI visibility monitoring, and API access require Pro.
What does Pro include?
Pro is €19/month: up to 25 monitors, SEO rank tracking with AI root-cause analysis, AI visibility monitoring across ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude/Perplexity, and API access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, billing is handled by Stripe and you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the "Manage billing" link in the app.
